Contract Logistics Account Executive
Overview
This position supports the sales cycle from lead generation to proposal preparation and ensures a strong pipeline of prospects aligned with company strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers in industries.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Support the preparation of customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Work closely with related teams to develop cost models and tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Assist in marketing activities such as trade shows, customer visits, and promotional campaigns.
- Follow up on new business opportunities and set up client meetings to convert leads into active customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within logistics or supply chain. Or experience in engineering, warehouse operations, or customer service within logistics industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (Advanced English and Spanish).
- Analytical and detail-oriented; comfortable working with data and pricing models.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with WMS systems and logistics operations.
- Experience with CRM tools
- Understanding of Incoterms, 3PL/4PL concepts, and contract logistics processes.
- Experience in Transportation and Freight Forwarding.
