Job Overview
Container Freight Station (CFS) experience required.
Knowledge of Ocean Imports, Chicago Rail Yards and Steamship lines is required.
Knowledge of Customs and Border Protection is required.
Knowledge of the Importing process and Customs Clearances.î„“
Resolve daily concerns and issues with customers both internal and external.
Customer Service – communicate timely, clearly and accurately to all parties.
Ability to enter documents into our computer system accurately and in a timely manner.
Scan, and index documents into imaging system.
Accurate & Timely billing – including sending billing to clients as required.
Work with dispatch as required.
Coordinate work flow for staff.
Uphold the expected service level.
Ability to work under pressure.
Mult-tasking and attention to detail is a priority.
Pay: $28.00 per hour
