Accountability
ONxpress Transportation Partners, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) is looking for a Compensation Analyst (1 year+ Contract) to support the development, implementation, and delivery of compensation programs and processes that attract, motivate, retain, and engage employees. This role will assist in developing strategic compensation recommendations by conducting detailed analysis, maintaining the integrity of compensation and job evaluation programs, processes, plans, and procedures;
providing support on the development of new positions and helping to evolve and work with systems and processes incorporating operational excellence in delivery, execution, and communication.
