We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, and tankers. Duties
Operate different types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, roll-off trucks, refrigerated trailers, and flatbeds.
Safely load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling of goods.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs for hours driven and mileage.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the truck.
Requirements
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Proven experience in truck driving with knowledge of freight handling.
Ability to operate containers
Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in commercial driving.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as required by company policy.
