Your Responsibilities:
Serving the Clients by Responding to Customer Calls and Scheduling Appointments
Keep an Organized Workflow, Know How to Prioritize Urgent Tasks and Important Priorities
Maintaining Technician Schedules to Maximize Efficiency
Coordinating Commercial Accounts and Scheduling Service
Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Self-Motivated and Great Collaboration Skills
Permitting Experience is a Plus
Tenacity and a Go- Getter Attitude
