With tube systems on the one hand and customised and finished tube fittings on the other, we are a reliable partner for our international customers.
In order to continue to fulfil our high service standards, we are looking for a new team member as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
- Coordination of delivery dates and ensuring smooth logistics
- Scheduling and organising shipments worldwide by land, sea and air
- Preparation of export and shipping documents, including monitoring of customs regulations
- Processing and managing international transport orders
- Determination and calculation of freight costs and freight space
- Co-operation with interfaces within the company (sales, production, warehouse)
- Communication with customers and haulage companies
Your Pfofil
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training, preferably as a forwarding / industrial or wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d)
- Ideally initial experience in the field of dispatch processing, as well as knowledge of customs and foreign trade law
- Ability to work in a team as well as an independent and systematic way of working
- Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills desirable
