About the Role

As a Clinical Logistics Assistant, you will play a vital role supporting the scheduling and organisation of clinical services that directly impact patient care. You’ll collaborate with healthcare professionals to organise, prioritise, and manage clinical activity from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly. A key focus of this role is the daily management of performance and operational data along with the scheduling and booking of clinical teams and activity. It is vital that activity records are kept up to date and remain accurate.

What You’ll Do

Organise and manage service delivery from inception to completion.

Maintain and update all relevant databases and ensure compliance through regular quality checks and audits.

Be proactive and timely with all forms of verbal and written communication.

Monitor service KPIs and performance data to drive efficiency and quality.

Stay informed of current legislation and best practices.

Be an enthusiastic and reliable team player, making sure we deliver the best services to our stakeholders.
