We are looking for a sharp, driven Client Sales Representative to own shipper relationships, grow accounts, and drive revenue growth in the US freight market. If you’re hungry to build something real, take ownership of your results, and grow alongside a company from the ground up – this is your seat.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
▸ Prospect, qualify and close new shipper accounts
▸ Cold call and email outbound leads daily
▸ Build and maintain long-term client relationships
▸ Provide competitive rate quotes based on market trends
▸ Grow existing accounts while hunting new ones
▸ Lock in daily and weekly freight commitments
▸ Coordinate with carrier reps on operational issues
▸ Oversee shipments through to delivery
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
✓Minimum 2 years of Client sales experience
✓An active Book of business is a strong plus
✓Near-native English fluency – written and verbal
✓Strong communication and negotiation skills
✓Excellent computer literacy – CRM, email, dialer tools
✓Customer-first mindset with sharp listening and problem-solving skills
✓Highly organised, deadline-driven and calm under pressure
WORKING HOURS:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, full-time
Hours: 14:00h – 22:00h CET
On-site, BIGZ
