Class One Trampers Jobs in Taunton, England, UK at Ancora Recruitment
We require Class 1 Trampers to work for our client based out of Shepton Mallet (BA4).
This work is for a large independent warehousing and distribution company, who provide transport and storage solutions to the retail and drinks market sectors.
Your main duties will be working on their general haulage contract, where you will complete collections and deliveries of various goods, either drop and swap, trailer change or ‘live’ loaded while you wait.
This is a temporary contract. We are a recruitment agency, so our work can be flexible, which means that we can cater for drivers who are looking for ad-hoc or full-time hours each week, on a regular ongoing basis.
Due to insurance restrictions; you must have driven commercially on Class 1 for the last two years.
Full induction provided at the start of your first shift.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday, occasionally Saturdays, 07:00am starts,
4 to 5 nights away
Hourly Pay Rates (PAYE only):
£16.00 per hour – Monday to Friday
£17.00 per hour – Saturday
£25.00 per night out in allowances
