Start Strong – Here’s What You’ll Earn
$650 per week during your 4–6 weeks of paid training
Solo pay starts at $1,100 to $1,300+ per week
Top OTR earners make up to $1,800 weekly
Up to $1,500 in transition bonuses
$300 paid just for showing up to orientation

What You’ll Do on the Job
Drive 2,500–3,000 miles a week solo after training
Run coast-to-coast across 48 states
Complete vehicle inspections before and after every trip
Stay compliant with DOT regs and ELD logging
Communicate with dispatch to keep freight on schedule
Represent the company with professionalism and pride
Inside Your Truck
You’ll drive newer Freightliners (avg. age: 1.5 years)
Inverters/APUs in most units
60% drop-and-hook
100% no-touch freight
Take your truck home during your days off
Home every 14–21 days for 2–3 days of reset
Eligible for local routes after 1 month of training and 3 months OTR

Graduated CDL school (120+ hours) in the last 2 years
At least 21 years old
Clean MVR (minor stuff okay—we’ll review everything)
Able to pass a DOT physical (urine and hair)
No DUIs, at-fault accidents, or felonies (evaluated case-by-case)
