Job Summary
Join our team as a CDL-A Regional Trainee Driver and build a rewarding career in transportation. As a trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience operating Freightliner trucks, transporting dry, reefer, or flatbed freight, and navigating all 48 states.
Compensation and Benefits
Weekly Pay: $1,200 – $1,300
Paid Orientation: $300
Transportation: Fully covered

Orientation Details
Duration: 2 days max.
Lodging: Double occupancy, location-dependent.
Locations: Held at several terminals nationwide.
Job Requirements
Must hold a valid CDL-A license (or actively working toward one).
Willingness to participate in a structured 4-6 week training program.
Ability to stay on the road for OTR assignments.
Job Responsibilities
Operate 10-speed and automatic Freightliners (average truck age: 1.5 years).
Transport various freight types: dry, reefer, and flatbed.
Drive across all 48 states with consistent freight assignments.
Participate in 4 to 6 weeks of paid training to ensure readiness.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
