Job Overview: We’re looking for dependable and dedicated OTR Truck Drivers to join our team! This position is perfect for both new CDL-A graduates and seasoned drivers. Our company offers paid training, excellent benefits, and plenty of opportunities to grow in the trucking industry. If you’re new to the profession or already have experience, we’d love to have you on board!
Compensation & Benefits:
Weekly Pay: $1,200 – $1,500 (depending on experience)
Training Pay: $650 per week during paid training (4–6 weeks)
Orientation Pay: $300 upon hire
Bonuses: Monthly performance-based incentives

Routes & Freight:
Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight (includes live load/unload and drop & hook)
Routes: Various routes providing diverse travel experiences
Home Time:
Home Time: 2 full days off every two weeks
Get ample time to rest and recharge every other week
Equipment:
Trucks: Modern, automatic trucks (average age: 1.5 years)
Well-maintained equipment for optimal safety and comfort
Job Responsibilities:
Operate trucks safely to deliver freight to various locations
Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Keep accurate logs and delivery documentation
Communicate with dispatchers and customers effectively
Comply with all safety regulations and traffic laws
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid CDL-A
Must be 21 years or older
No at-fault accidents in the last 5 years
Experience is not required – training will be provided
Must be able to operate automatic trucks
