Currently looking for a skilled CDL Class A Driver to fill an opening with our Company in Akron OH. Interested candidates should have at least 6 MONTHS of recent verifiable Tractor Trailer, Reefer, Flatbed, or Tanker Truck Driving in the last 3 years experience and hold a current Class A CDL License.
Responsibilities of the CDL Class A Home Daily Truck Driver
Pick up and Deliver freight in a timely manner while safely operating vehicles.
Drive trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations.
Manage proof of delivery paperwork from customers.
Assist workers in loading and unloading trucks.
Check mechanical aspects of the vehicle.
Requirements of the CDL Class A Home Daily Truck Driver
Class A CDL License (CDL-A)
Must be at least 22 years of age & possess a Class A CDL license
Must live within a 50 mile radius of Akron OH
Must have no more than one preventable accident/incident in the past 3 years
Must have an acceptable PSP report – no severe violations
Will review ALL misdemeanors & Felonies under our NEW Program.
Must have an acceptable MVR report – no more than 3 points
Must possess a valid Medical Examiners Certificate
Must have no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years
Must pass a Urine Drug Test Screen
Minimum 6 MONTHS of Tractor Trailer, Reefer, Flatbed, or Tanker Truck Driving in the last 3 years, or 2 in the last 5 years
