Duties
Assist in daily operations related to shipping and receiving processes.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Support transportation planning efforts while utilizing transportation management systems.
Engage in logistics activities, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
Maintain effective phone etiquette when communicating with clients and vendors.
Utilize GPS technology to track shipments and optimize routes.
Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Experience
Previous experience in logistics or transportation management is required.
Familiarity with freight operations is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating effective phone etiquette.
