Position: Class A Drivers Home Weekly No Touch Home Weekly 80K/1st Yr
Class A Drivers – Home Weekly
Full Time. Dedicated Account. Class A Drivers get home every week earning $1500-$1610 per week all on no touch freight with full benefits and you can bring a rider and small dog from day one.
Pay and Incentives
Drivers starting pay of $.70 CPM on an average of 2100‑2300+ miles per week for an average weekly pay of $1500‑$1610+. All freight is no‑touch and 40% is drop‑and‑hook. $.13 of the $.70 is non‑taxed per diem. Sign‑on bonus of $1650 paid over the first six months of employment.
Schedule and Equipment
Drivers will run 2023‑2027 Freightliner or International. Trucks have forward‑facing campers. Trucks are assigned to drivers and drivers can take trucks home. Speed limit 65 MPH on the pedal and 68 MPH on cruise, all trucks are automatic. Drivers get home every week (not guaranteed weekends and MUST be available to drive Sundays).
Benefits
Full medical, dental, and vision insurance start the first of the month after 60 days. 401(k) starts at 90 days. One‑week paid vacation after one year, two weeks after two years. Riders and small dogs are available from day one; rider must be 12 or older, dog must be 50 lbs or less.
Orientation
Orientation is 2‑3 days; company will pay for transportation, hotel, and food with orientation pay of $200/day.
Requirements
- Drivers must have either 6 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 12 months or 12 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 24 months.
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years – in both CMV and PMV. May not have more than one moving violation in the last 12 months in a CMV.
- No major moving violations in the last 36 months, including 15+, cell phone usage, careless/reckless, following too closely, or improper lane violation.
- No DOT Preventable Accidents in the last three years.
- No more than 8 jobs in the last three years.
- Must never have failed a DOT drug or alcohol test in your lifetime regardless if completed SAP.
