Overview:
Join our team as a Regional CDL-A Truck Driver and enjoy the balance of consistent miles and quality home time.
Schedule & Compensation:
Home Time: Monday through Friday with 48-hour weekends off
Pay: $1,300–$1,600 weekly
CPM: Average $0.68–$0.71, based on performance and experience
Weekly Guarantee: $1,200 minimum
Miles: average of 2,200 miles per week

Equipment:
Late-model Freightliner Cascadias (2020–2025, all automatic)

Freight:
60% Drop & Hook
100% No-Touch Freight
Responsibilities:
Operate a Freightliner tractor over regional routes
Communicate with dispatch regarding load status and routing
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Ensure timely and safe delivery of freight
Maintain compliance with DOT regulations
Qualifications:
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 21 years old
Three (3) months of verifiable OTR experience in the past year with completion of an accredited CDL school or approved training program
OR six (6) months of local or regional experience in the past year with CDL school completion
OR one (1) year of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years
No pending violations
No SAP or failed/refused drug tests
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
Must pass DOT physical and urine test only
