Regional Truck Driver – Home Weekly
Job Overview:
We are seeking professional and reliable Class A CDL drivers for Over-the-Road (OTR) positions. If you are looking for consistent miles, great pay, and a flexible home time policy, this opportunity is for you. Our freight is 100% no-touch, and we provide modern, well-maintained equipment to keep you moving efficiently.
Pay & Benefits
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 ($500 after the first load, $500 after 30 days)
Mileage Average: 2,000-2,200 miles per week
CPM based on experience
Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour
Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
Freight & Routes
Coverage: Nationwide OTR, operating in all 48 states, with most freight running east of I-35
Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight (50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload)
Average Length of Haul: 400 miles
No Forced NYC Dispatch: Drivers are not required to enter NYC or its five boroughs
Home Time
Every 2-3 weeks
Equipment & Support:
Trucks: Late-model (2021 or newer) Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths
24/7 Operations Support: Assistance available anytime, day or night
Key Responsibilities
Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance
Communicate with dispatch and other team members to coordinate deliveries
Qualifications:
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum age: 21 years old
Must pass a clean drug screening (hair & urine)
Must have at least 6 month experience
Clean background check (no at-fault accidents, DUIs, or felonies)
All driving violations will be reviewed
