CDL-A Regional Truck Driver – Steady Miles & Competitive Pay

We are seeking skilled CDL-A drivers to join our regional fleet. This position offers consistent routes, reliable pay, and scheduled home time, ensuring a balance between work and personal life. Position Overview
Home Time: Regular home time every 5.5 days with 34-hour resets at home.
Weekly Miles: Drive 2,000–2,200 miles per week, based on availability and Hours of Service (HOS).
Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop-and-hook and 40-50% live unloads.
Route Coverage: Freight primarily runs on the east side of I-35, ensuring familiar and efficient routes.
Equipment: Late-model Freightliner Cascadias (2023 and newer) with automatic transmissions and advanced safety features.
Pay & Compensation
Base Pay: Competitive per-mile pay, translating to $1,200–$1,300 weekly.
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
Layover & Breakdown Pay: $100 per day when applicable.
Performance Bonus: Earn up to 3 CPM extra based on safety, mileage, and performance metrics.
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total, with $500 after the first load and $500 after 30 days (must be active at payout).
Job Responsibilities
Safely operate trucks to transport freight to various destinations.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and all required documentation.
Communicate efficiently with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries.
Comply with all DOT regulations, company policies, and traffic laws to ensure safe driving.
Driver Requirements
Valid CDL-A license with a minimum of 3 months OTR experience.
Must pass hair and urine drug screenings.
Clean driving record—no recent felonies, DUIs, or at-fault accidents.
No terminations from previous employers due to safety or policy violations.
All traffic violations will be reviewed during the hiring process.
Must be 21 years or older.
