CDL-A Regional Truck Driver – Reliable Pay & Home Time

We are looking for professional CDL-A drivers to join our regional fleet. This position offers consistent miles, structured home time, and competitive weekly pay. If you are seeking a stable career with reliable freight and modern equipment, this is an excellent opportunity.
Position Overview
Home Time: Drivers are on the road for 5.5 days with 34-hour home resets.
Weekly Mileage: Average of 2,000–2,200 miles per week, depending on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.
Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, with a mix of drop-and-hook (50-60%) and live unloads (40-50%).
Primary Routes: Freight is concentrated east of I-35, ensuring efficient and predictable runs.
Equipment: 2023 and newer Freightliner Cascadias, equipped with automatic transmissions and advanced safety technology.
Compensation & Benefits
Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,300 per week, based on mileage and performance.
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
Layover & Breakdown Pay: $100 per day when applicable.
Performance Bonus: Drivers can earn additional pay based on safety, mileage, and productivity.
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total, with $500 paid after the first load and $500 after 30 days.
Job Responsibilities
Transport freight safely and efficiently across designated routes.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
Maintain accurate records, including logbooks and necessary documentation.
Communicate professionally with dispatchers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Follow DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company policies at all times.
Driver Requirements
Valid CDL-A license with at least 3 months of OTR experience.
Must pass hair and urine drug screenings.
No recent felonies, DUIs, or at-fault accidents.
No terminations from previous employers due to safety violations.
All traffic violations will be reviewed before hiring.
Must be 21 years or older.
