Job Overview
We are currently hiring CDL-A drivers for over-the-road positions in our national dry van fleet. This role is available to recent CDL school graduates and drivers looking for consistent miles and competitive pay.
Pay & Benefits
Weekly Pay: $1,100 to $1,500 based on mileage
Bonuses: Monthly incentives tied to safety and performance
Miles: Average 2,500+ miles per week
Time Off: Two days off after every 14 days on the road
Freight: 100% no-touch; mostly drop-and-hook dry van
Schedules: Day and night shifts available
Duties and Responsibilities
Operate a Class A commercial vehicle on designated OTR routes
Conduct DOT-compliant pre- and post-trip inspections
Record hours and mileage accurately using electronic logs
Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, updates, and timing
Deliver freight safely, on schedule, and in line with safety regulations
Job Requirements
Valid Class A CDL with an up-to-date DOT medical card
Must pass a DOT physical and hair follicle drug screen
No DUI or DWI violations within the last 5 years
No failed/refused DOT drug tests; not currently in SAP
Able to commit to 14-day OTR cycles
