Looking for a steady local driving position with weekly pay and home daily routes?We are hiring an experienced Class A CDL Delivery Driver to support local deliveries throughout Milpitas, Hayward and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for drivers who enjoy staying active, providing excellent customer service, and want long-term growth opportunities.
Drivers in this role will support both delivery operations and warehouse functions as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL License
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Minimum 2 years recent Class A driving experience
- Experience with Touch Freight Delivery
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to pass:
- Background Check
- Pre-Employment Drug Screen
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
- Ability to safely load and unload freight
- Comfortable working in both driving and warehouse environments
Job Duties:
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles
- Complete local deliveries throughout assigned routes
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently (Touch Freight)
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Secure cargo and maintain load integrity during transport
- Maintain delivery records and communicate with dispatch
- Follow all DOT, FMCSA, company safety standards, and traffic regulations
- Operate pallet jacks, liftgates, and material handling equipment
- Support warehouse operations when needed
- Deliver professional customer service at delivery locations
