Class 2 ADR Driver with Aviation Clearance

Newcastle Airport, Newcastle, UK
Duration: 1 week holiday cover initially from 22nd April 2025
Pay rate: £16 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
Transport hazardous materials in compliance with ADR regulations.
Ensure the safe loading and unloading of goods.
Conduct pre-journey vehicle checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Report any incidents or issues to management promptly.
Aviation clearance is essential.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organisational skills and
attention to detail
.
Requirements:
24 months HGV 2 driving experience.
Ability to provide a 5-year background check and clear DBS (Criminal Record Check).
A clean driving licence OR no more than 6 points.
A valid CPC Qualification Card.
Digi Tacho card.
