About the Role
Our client, based in Avonmouth, is seeking a skilled and reliable Class 1 Driver’s, days and nights to join their logistics team. This role involves delivering goods efficiently and safely to customer sites during night shifts, ensuring
exceptional service
and compliance with all driving regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Transport goods to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* Carry out pre- and post-journey vehicle checks, reporting any maintenance issues.
* Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards.
* Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork.
* Provide excellent customer service, acting as a professional representative of the company.
* Secure loads to prevent damage during transit and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
* Valid UK Class 1 (Category CE) Driving Licence.
*
Up-to-date
CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) and Digital Tachograph Card.
* Proven experience in a similar Class 1 driving role, preferably in night deliveries.
* Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* A professional,
customer-focused
attitude with good
communication skills

* Ability to work independently and responsibly during night shifts.
