We’re hiring experienced Class A CDL team drivers for a high-paying dry van opportunity. Earn consistent miles, enjoy a dedicated truck, and bring your pet or eligible rider. This is a ready-made team position only—we are not matching solo drivers at this time.

Compensation & Pay
$0.405 CPM to start per driver/Mile or $.81CPM Split
Teams average 6,000–7,000 miles per week
Each driver averages $2,800-$3,000+ per week

Both drivers must live within 100 miles of each other
Hiring from anywhere east of I-35
(Limited area west of I-35)
oTX – Within 50 miles of Laredo or El Paso
oUT- Within 75 miles of Salt Lake City

Farmington, NM
Gallop, NM
Durango, CO
Monticello, UT
Moab, UT
Green River, UT
Ogden, UT
Twin Falls, ID
Glenns Ferry, ID
Boise, ID

Must Meet These Requirements
1+ year verifiable CDL-A experience (OTR, regional, or local)
CDL must be from state of residence
No matching of teams – ready-made teams only
No failed/refused DOT drug tests (even with SAP completion)
Acceptable safety record:
oMax 2 DOT-recordable accidents in 3 years, but none involving:
Major violations
Preventable rear-ends
Jackknifes
Rollovers
oMax 1 serious violation (in personal vehicle only):
15+ over, reckless, following too closely, handheld/texting
None in commercial vehicle
No felonies in past 7 years, no sexual offenses ever
No misdemeanors in past 3 years
Cannot have been terminated from most recent job (as verified)
