Both positions can be headquartered in eitherEau Claire, Superior or Spooner.

Position Summary
This position performs in a supervisory capacity in a Transportation Region in the functional area of Project Development. It provides direction for one or more multi-focused units whose members work independently to provide products or services. Its primary roles are to achieve program objectives by interpreting and applying policy within its programmatic area and directly supervises a staff of professional, technical, trades, and/or support positions.
This includes broadleadershipresponsibility to coordinate resources and develop staff, apply appropriate discipline-specific technical expertise in decision-making, fulfill a management role in policy development and implementation, and determine ways and means of accomplishing mission-critical objectives.
