Key Responsibilities
Market & Industry Monitoring
· Monitor Cambodia logistics market developments, regulations, and customs procedures
· Track updates on cross‑border logistics (Cambodia–Vietnam)
· Collect market information on key industries such as garments, textiles, agriculture, and manufacturing
· Identify and assess local logistics partners (trucking, warehouses, customs brokers)
Customer & Operational Support
· Act as the local coordination point for Cambodia‑related shipments
· Support operations and key account teams in resolving issues and handling customer enquiries
· Assist with implementation of new or renewed business involving Cambodia routes
· Understand basic logistics pricing and cost structures to support internal discussions
Coordination & Documentation
· Support preparation of SOPs and operational guidelines related to Cambodia
· Ensure smooth handover of projects to Operations and Finance teams
· Help improve coordination between Cambodia, Vietnam, and Head Office
Networking & External Relations
· Represent VICO in Cambodia with:
o Logistics associations
o Industry groups
o Trade and business events
· Attend exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to collect market information
· Maintain good relationships with local stakeholders and partners
Brand & Information Support
· Provide Cambodia market insights to support marketing and regional promotion
· Share local operational knowledge to help improve customer confidence
· Support non‑sales activities such as seminars, workshops, and industry briefings
General Duties
· Ensure effective communication with internal teams and external parties
· Recommend process improvements and cost‑saving ideas where applicable
· Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
· Minimum 5 years managerial experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade
· Good understanding of Cambodia logistics and customs environment
· Experience with cross‑border logistics (Cambodia–Vietnam preferred)
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Fluent in English; Khmer and/or Chinese is an advantage
· Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
