As we continue to grow rapidly, we have a great opportunity for an experienced Pallet Controller to join our Operations team based at our brand new depot in Māngere.
This key role will take ownership of the accurate management of all our pallet movements nationwide, with a strong focus on CHEP and Loscam, reconciliation and accuracy. You’ll work closely with our drivers and operation teams to ensure pallet movements are recorded correctly, and discrepancies are identified and resolved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reconciling CHEP and Loscam pallet accounts, ensuring records and data are accurately maintained.
- Monitoring pallet movements and investigating discrepancies.
- Liaising with drivers and operation teams to ensure pallet counts are accurate.
- Providing regular reporting on CHEP and Loscam account balances.
- Supporting driver and operational compliance, including E-Road monitoring, proof of delivery checks and Driver camera reviews.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and utilise automation to increase efficiencies for pallet control.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience with pallet control, CHEP, Loscam, or related asset control systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capability.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with drivers and operational teams.
- A continuous improvement mindset and passion for delivering results.
