Your Role as a Mechanical Team Leader at Transdev:
Assign tasks, manage priorities, and communicate with the team;
Perform preventive maintenance on various buses, including school, interurban, and adapted transport;
Diagnose, adjust, repair all vehicle components both in the workshop and on the road;
Ensure a clean work environment and promote accident prevention;
Perform other related tasks as needed.
Your Personality Traits:
Versatile and meticulous, committed to safety and service quality;
Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with new technologies;
Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills;
Ability to understand and interpret diagnostic reports;
Proficient driving techniques.
