Safely transport company personnel and goods to various locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
– Ensure the security of the vehicle and its contents during transport.
– Assist with loading and unloading of goods as required.
– If the need for chauffeuring arises, the employee is to be made readily available to be called upon.
– Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the company vehicle, and upkeep of the assigned vehicle, ensuring it is fueled, and mechanically sound.
– Planning of travel routes, taking into consideration traffic conditions and alternatives for travelling.
– Coordinate with repair service providers to address any necessary repairs or maintenance for the company vehicle.

Willingness to
work on irregular hours, and occasional late evenings and early mornings.
– Fulfilling any daily family tasks as instructed by the employer.
– Any other adhoc tasks assigned.
** Qualifications**:
– Possession of a valid Class 3 driver’s license along with a commendable driving history.
– Demonstrated expertise as a professional chauffeur, requiring a minimum of one year’s experience.
– Proficiency in local traffic regulations, thorough knowledge of routes, and adeptness in identifying alternative pathways for efficient navigation.
– Able to use GPS for navigation
– Capability to maintain utmost confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling confidential matters.
– Proficiency in organizational skills, with the
flexibility
to accommodate changing schedules and priorities.
– Medically fit and able to meet the physical demands of the role.
– Computer literate
– know how to use a computer
– Able to commit five days work week
– Able to work on weekends, public holidays and overtime if necessary
– Total of 2-3 months of rest day (paid) is granted when employer is back to overseas home country in a year
