Job Responsibilities
Order & Channel Management
- Manage the daily operations of self-operated logistics channels, including appointment scheduling, system updates, and shipment tracking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the transportation management system.
- Monitor shipments throughout the transportation process and proactively resolve delivery exceptions.
Warehouse Operations Coordination
- Conduct regular warehouse inspections to identify operational issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Support warehouse operations by assisting with process improvements and providing operational training when needed.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to develop last-mile transportation plans based on business needs, ensuring smooth pickup and delivery operations.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with transportation service providers and drivers to ensure high-quality service.
Channel Development & Optimization
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new transportation channels to meet customer and business requirements.
- Continuously optimize existing logistics channels to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or a related field; experience in e-commerce fulfillment or overseas warehouse operations is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary:$50,000–$65,000 per year (Based on experience and qualifications)
