Job Overview:
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Drivers. This position is open to both experienced drivers and recent CDL-A graduates. Our structured paid training program is designed to help new drivers build confidence and establish a successful trucking career.
Pay & Benefits:
Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500 based on experience
Paid Training: A 4-6 week hands-on program
Home Time: Two full days off every two weeks
Freight Handling: 100% no-touch freight, including preloaded, live load/unload, and drop & hook
Equipment: Drive automatic trucks with an average fleet age of 1.5 years
Orientation Bonus: Get $300 upon hiring

Requirements:
CDL-A license required
Minimum age: 21 years old
No prior experience needed—perfect for recent CDL graduates
Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents in the last five years

Job Responsibilities:
Safely operate company trucks to transport freight
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and required documentation
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines
