Job Overview
We are looking for either a full-time, professional, CDL, driver or part-time. Very flexible hours to match your schedule.
Normally we would leave Monday morning. Be back Tuesday night leave Wednesday morning. Be home Thursday night.
normally that pays between $900 to $1200 a week Starting pay is $.53 a mile
Again, we can adjust days as needed.
This is all 53 ft Van trailer work
With a 2015 freightliner truck
Duties
Operate and drive a 10 speed manual transmission truck
Load and unload freight securely to prevent damage during transport.
Follow designated routes for delivery while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours driven and mileage.
Communicate effectively with me regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
Skills
experience as a professional driver with a clean driving record.
A understanding of freight handling procedures and load securing methods.
Ability to navigate routes efficiently using maps or GPS systems
problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during transport
