** Job Summary*
* The CDL Truck Driver is responsible for hauling materials and equipment to and from job sites. Drivers may also be tasked with assisting the crews by offloading materials at various locations within a work site to increase job efficiency. This position supports the Line team and works with personnel within various departments.
Responsibilities
+ Haul equipment and materials to and from the job site as well as from pole to pole safely.
+ Perform all groundwork, preparing necessary materials for Linemen.
+ Prepare safe work zones with the use of signs, cones, etc.
+ Assist in the training of new truck drivers.
+
** Driving large back trucks.*
* Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Class A Commercial Drivers License with tanker endorsement, Airbrakes and Manual Transmission with no restrictions other than medical (e.g., vision).
+ Clean driving record.
** Preferred Qualifications*
* + 2 or more years of relevant driving experience.
+ Bilingual (English-Spanish). Â _Strongly Preferred_
