Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials safely and efficiently.
Duties
Operate dump trucks
Safely transport freight to designated locations
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs for hours of service and vehicle inspections.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding route changes or delays.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
Manage loading and unloading of cargo as required, ensuring proper handling and securing of freight.
Demonstrate proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles when necessary.
Qualifications
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B
Proven experience in truck driving
Familiarity with operating manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
Experience with dump trucks required
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in commercial driving.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
