Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting different types of vehicles safely and efficiently . This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and adherence to all traffic regulations. The Truck Driver will operate a manual transmission truck.
Duties
Safely drive and operate trucks over designated routes to deliver freight.
Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring proper handling and securing of vehicles.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safe operation.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and delivery records.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays.
Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
Experience
Proven experience in truck driving with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
Experience in route driving and delivery driving is highly desirable.
Ability to load and unload freight efficiently while following safety protocols.
Strong understanding of freight handling procedures and regulations.
