Seeking CDL Rear Load Drivers with a $5,000
sign-on bonus
to service waste and recycling routes. Â Operate trucks safely, complying with regulations and company policies. Â Provide waste removal, container delivery, and maintenance of route logs. Â Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and interact professionally with customers. Â Must have a valid Class B CDL, DOT Medical Card, and a clean driving record. Â
Physical ability to perform exertions and enter/exit trucks frequently. Â Excellent driving, maneuvering, and
communication skills
required. Â
Flexible hours
, including overtime, weekends, and holidays, are expected. Â Preferred experience in waste industry and a high school diploma or GED. Â
