Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across designated routes. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to navigate Super Dumps.
Duties
Operate and drive various types of trucks including tractor-trailer, flatbed, dump truck, and tanker vehicles.
Ensure timely delivery of freight to designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery times, and vehicle maintenance.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays.
Assist in loading and unloading cargo as required.
Follow established routes for delivery while being adaptable to changes as needed.
Requirements
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the type of vehicle being operated.
Proven experience in commercial driving with a strong understanding of route driving.
Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
Familiarity with various truck types including flatbed, dump truck, tanker, and tractor-trailer is a plus.
Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required by company policies.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with dispatchers and clients.

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
