Shipline Logistics LLC is hiring CDL Class A Local/Regional Drivers for our dedicated lanes based out of Joliet, Illinois.
This position is primarily home daily, with consistent dedicated freight. Drivers must also be flexible and willing to stay out 1–2 days when necessary due to emergencies, delays, operational needs, or regional trips.
Compensation
- 30% of gross revenue per load
- Weekly pay
- Dedicated freight

- Percentage-based pay — the more revenue you generate, the more you earn
Position Details
- Dedicated local and regional lanes
- Based out of Joliet, IL
- Home daily under normal operations
- Local and regional deliveries
- Must be willing to stay out for 1–2 days when necessary
- Maintain communication with dispatch
- Safely pick up and deliver loads on schedule
- Complete PODs and required paperwork
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Tractor-trailer experience preferred
- Acceptable driving record
- Must pass required background and MVR screening
- Must pass DOT drug testing and comply with FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements
- Reliable and safety-focused
- Must be flexible with dispatch times and workload
- Must be willing to work local and regional loads as needed
Pay
30% of the gross revenue generated by the loads you haul.
We are looking for drivers who want the stability of dedicated lanes and being home daily while still having the flexibility to handle occasional regional trips or unexpected situations.
