Just finished CDL school? We’re here to help you transition from student to professional driver. This full-time Over-the-Road (OTR) opportunity is built specifically for recent CDL-A graduates. Get steady miles, paid orientation, and ongoing support—plus access to late-model equipment from day one.
Pay & Perks
Weekly earnings between $1,100 and $1,500+, depending on mileage and performance
$300 Orientation Pay paid on your first day
New Driver Bonus of up to $1,500 within your first 90 days
Monthly performance bonus—earn up to 8¢ more per mile
Additional pay available for short hauls and extra stops
What to Expect on the Road
Solo OTR routes averaging 2,500–3,000 miles per week
100% no-touch freight—includes drop & hook, live loads, and preloaded trailers
Scheduled home time every two weeks with guaranteed reset
Assigned truck—no slip seating
Equipment You’ll Drive
Freightliner Cascadia (automatic transmission)
Assigned dry van trailer
Fleet maintained to high standards—average truck age is just 18 months
Basic Qualifications
At least 21 years old
Valid Class A CDL
Completed 120+ hours of CDL training from an accredited school
Able to pass DOT drug screening (hair and urine)
No felonies; minor MVR issues reviewed individually
Strong safety habits and solid time management
Day-to-Day Driver Tasks
Operate your truck safely across regional and national routes
Complete daily vehicle inspections (pre- and post-trip)
Accurately log hours using an ELD system
Communicate with dispatch for smooth load planning
Follow all DOT and internal safety procedures
