Position Highlights
Home Time: 34-hour reset after approximately 5.5 days on the road.
Weekly Mileage: Average of 2,000–2,200 miles.
Freight: 100% no-touch freight, with a mix of drop-and-hook (50-60%) and live unload (40-50%).
Service Area: Freight primarily runs east of I-35, ensuring manageable and efficient routes.
Equipment: 2023 and newer Freightliner Cascadias with automatic transmissions and advanced safety technology.
Compensation & Bonuses
Earnings: $1,200 – $1,300 per week, based on miles and performance.
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after two hours.
Layover & Breakdown Pay: $100 per day when applicable.
Performance Bonus: Extra earnings based on mileage, safety, and productivity.
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total ($500 after first load, $500 after 30 days).
Job Responsibilities
Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently over assigned routes.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation as required by DOT regulations.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
Adhere to all company policies and federal transportation guidelines.
Requirements
Valid CDL-A license with at least 3 months of OTR experience.
Must pass a hair and urine drug test.
No felonies, DUIs, or at-fault accidents on record.
No terminations from previous jobs due to safety violations.
Traffic violations will be reviewed before hiring.
Must be 21 years or older.
