Job Overview:
We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for our regional fleet based in Lancaster, OH. This role offers consistent miles, competitive pay, and weekly home time. Join a team that provides stability, growth opportunities, and strong driver support.
Pay & Benefits:
Weekly Pay: $1,200 (before bonuses)
Performance Bonus: Up to 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after two hours
Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths
Paid Time Off and Vacation Packages
Freight & Routes:
100% No-Touch Freight
50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload
Average Weekly Miles: 2,000 (based on availability and Hours of Service)
Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset
Key Responsibilities:
Transport freight safely while following DOT regulations and company policies
Operate various trucks, including flatbeds and roll-off when necessary
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring secure handling
Requirements:
Required:
Valid Class A CDL
At least 3+ months of verifiable driving experience
Minimum age of 21
Must pass hair and urine drug screenings
Clean driving record (no felonies, DUIs, at-fault accidents, or recent misdemeanors)
No terminations from previous employers
All driving violations will be reviewed
