HIRING COMPANY CDL-CLASS A DRIVERS

Bousum / “B” is a waste hauling company that specializes in the transportation of municipal solid waste, C/D, and recyclables; from transfer stations and manufacturing facilities to landfills and incinerators in the northeast. This position is based in Chambersburg, PA.
Position Summary:
- Transport municipal solid waste in a 48ft trailer from/to:
- Blue Ridge Landfill, Chambersburg, PA – Fredericksburg, MD
- Blue Ridge Landfill, Chambersburg, PA – Finksburg, MD
- Carol County, MD – Modern Landfill, York, PA
- Local/Home daily
- Runs fall under the 150 airmiles exemption
- No Touch Freight/ No handling materials
- Immediate Start
Requirements and Experience:
- MUST be able to drive MANUAL
- Tipper Trailer/Walking Floor experience a PLUS
- Understanding of the ELD mandate and hours-of-service rules
- Perform a proper pre and post trip inspection
- Must be able to climb a ladder and operate a tarping system
- Hold a CDL Class A license with no less than 2 years driving experience
- Possess a current active medical card
- Must be able to pass a road test & drug test
- A clean MVR is Required
- Willing to work 5 days a week with alternating Saturday
