Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CDL B Truck Driver to join our Stanley Stephens Co. team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations and completing some light warehouse tasks. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage routes effectively. The Truck Driver will operate a 2025 International MV607 , ensuring timely delivery while adhering to all regulations.
Duties
Safely operate trucks to deliver freight to designated locations.
Manage route driving efficiently to optimize delivery schedules.
Load and unload cargo using forklifts and other equipment as necessary.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety standards are met.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel usage, and any incidents.
Follow all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays.
Experience
Proven experience as a delivery driver or truck driver is preferred.
Experience in route driving and managing freight logistics is highly desirable.
Knowledge of loading and unloading procedures for various types of cargo.
Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
