Class B CDL Regional Delivery Driver – Fargo Area
Service Area: North Dakota, South Dakota & Northern Minnesota
Winnesota is seeking dependable, hard-working Class B CDL drivers to join our growing regional delivery operation. This position is based in the Fargo area and services routes throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, and Northern Minnesota.
Applicants must live in or within a reasonable commuting distance of Fargo to be considered.
Schedule & Route Details
- Monday through Friday scheduled route work
- Approximately 40–60 hours per week
- The majority of your workday is spent driving
- Occasional overnight hotel stays may be required to accommodate DOT-required 10-hour resets
- All routes are operated in compliance with DOT Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
- Holiday work is paid at 1.5x the applicable rate
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a touch-freight delivery position servicing locations for a specific restaurant chain. Drivers are responsible for safely unloading and delivering freight at each stop.
Applicants should be comfortable with physically demanding delivery work and must have experience using a two-wheeler/hand truck and pallet jack.
Responsibilities include
- Operating a Class B commercial vehicle safely and professionally
- Loading/unloading and delivering freight to customer locations
- Using a liftgate, pallet jack, and two-wheeler
- Delivering products up or down stairs when required
- Lifting and handling items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Completing routes that may exceed 10 hours while remaining within DOT HOS requirements
- Communicating professionally with customers and the Winnesota team
- Using mobile applications and email for route communication and documentation
Requirements
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Experience operating a pallet jack and two-wheeler
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to reliably maintain the scheduled Monday–Friday workweek
