CDL-A Truck Driver – SAP Accepted – Super Regional | $1,300–$1,500+ Weekly | Little Rock, AR
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled truck driver to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and looking to restart their career with a carrier that offers long-term stability and strong weekly pay.
If you’ve completed the full SAP process and have at least 2 years of verifiable OTR experience since completing the program, this opportunity is designed for you.
Position Overview
Weekly Pay: $1,300–$1,500+ based on experience and miles
Miles Per Week: 2,100–2,500 average
Freight: Dry Van (53’) | 85–90% No Touch
Drop & Hook: 50–55%
Dispatch: Solo, non-forced
Home Time: Out 14–17 days, home for 2–3 days (flexible reset options)
SAP Driver Guidelines
This position is open to SAP drivers who meet the following:
Completed the full SAP program
2+ years of verifiable OTR driving experience after program completion
Meets all CDL safety, background, and compliance standards

Responsibilities
Operate a 53′ dry van in Super Regional lanes across the Midwest and Mid-South
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Use ELD (PeopleNet) to log hours and maintain DOT compliance
Follow all FMCSA and company safety regulations
Communicate with dispatch and customers as needed
Qualifications
Valid CDL-A license
At least 21 years old
6+ months of verifiable OTR experience within the past 6 months
No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years
SAP drivers must have 2+ years of clean OTR experience post-program
No safety terminations in the past 12 months
No more than 4 jobs in the past 12 months
Must meet MVR, PSP, and background screening requirements
