Class A OTR Truck Driver
We are expanding our team with dedicated CDL-A truck drivers for long-haul OTR positions. Whether you’re newly licensed or bring years of experience, we offer a supportive environment for career development and success.
Job Summary
What We Offer:
Pay: Earn between $0.45 and $0.61 per mile, based on experience level.
Time Off: Spend 2 weeks on the road, then enjoy 2 days at home.
Paid Training: New graduates receive 4–6 weeks of hands-on, paid training.
Incentives: Performance-based bonuses for safe and efficient driving.
Orientation: All travel and hotel costs are covered, plus you’ll be paid to attend.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive up to 3,000 miles weekly, safely delivering freight on assigned routes.
Complete vehicle inspections before and after each trip.
Keep detailed logs for driving time and truck maintenance.
Stay in contact with dispatch to report issues or changes.
Follow all FMCSA rules and company policies.
Requirements:
120 hours of certified CDL training if you’re a recent grad.
CDL Class A license.
No prior job terminations.
Pass a DOT physical and hair follicle drug screening.
No current violations, accidents, or probation.
