About the Job
CDL-A Trainee & Experienced Drivers to join our team as a Solo Driver. If you’re ready to hit the road, enjoy competitive pay, and drive modern, well-maintained trucks, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll be hauling no-touch freight across the country while prioritizing safety, efficiency, and compliance.
Pay & Benefits
Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500
5-day schedule: Earn $800 – $1,200 per week
6-day schedule: Earn $1,300 – $1,550 per week
Short Haul Pay: $40 for loads under 51 miles
Stop Pay: $10 – $15 per stop
No-touch freight – Live Load/Unload, Drop & Hook
Consistent miles: 1,200 – 1,800 miles per week
Job Requirements
Must have a valid CDL-A license
Ability to work day or night shifts
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
Job Responsibilities
Safely operate Freightliner trucks on dedicated routes
Transport dry and refrigerated freight between Walmart locations and distribution centers
Adhere to company policies and traffic laws to ensure a safe and efficient driving experience
Communicate with dispatch and support teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues
Participate in live load, live unload, and drop & hook freight handling
Home Time & Schedule
Home Daily
Shifts: Both Day & Night Available
Weekend Work: yes
Holiday Work Expectations – Work holidays as needed

Qualifications
Experience Level: Open to trainees & experienced drivers
CDL-A Required
Ability to operate manual transmission trucks.
Strong understanding of freight handling procedures and safety regulations.
Professional attitude with excellent communication and time-management skills.
