Overview:
Join our dedicated fleet in Warrensburg, MO, and experience consistent home time, strong pay, and reliable support. This position is ideal for experienced drivers seeking a financially rewarding and physically active job with steady routes and customer interaction.
Key Details:
Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset (80% on weekends).
Miles: Average of 1,800 miles per week with 4 loads.
Route Coverage: ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, KY, TN, IN.
Unloading: 100% touch freight
Drivers are responsible for unloading manually—requires physical strength and stamina.
Customer Interaction: Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
Pay Structure:
Average Gross Pay: $2,000 per week.
Average Take-Home Pay: $1,400 per week (after taxes).
Mileage Pay: $0.70/mile – $0.80/mile
Unload Pay: $240 per load.
Stop Pay: $25 per stop.
Backhaul Pay: $50 per backhaul.
Sign-On Bonus:
$1,000 total – Paid in two parts:
$500 after the first load.
$500 after 30 days (must be active and seated at the time of bonus payout).
Work Schedule:
Shifts: Start early mornings with multiple stops per day.
Home Time: Weekly, with a 34-hour reset (80% of the time on weekends).
Routes: Deliveries Monday through Friday.
Training and Onboarding:
Orientation: 3 days
Once activated, drivers will be sent directly to Warrensburg, MO for training.
1-week ride-along training with a current driver at $150 per day.
Truck Assignment: Drivers will be assigned a truck immediately after training.
Secure Parking: Drivers must have a secure location to park their truck and trailer.
Equipment:
Drive late-model Internationals, Freightliners, and Kenworths.
Trucks are equipped with modern safety and comfort features.

Job Responsibilities:
Must be able to handle physically demanding unloading.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Must have a secure parking location for truck and trailer.
Must be able to work in extreme temperatures.
Must be skilled at backing into tight areas and small lots.
