Job Description:
Swift Transportation is hiring now in Sacramento, CA for a dedicated CDL-A team driving job based out of Sacramento, CA. This lane runs from Sacramento, to Portland, OR and Seattle, WA roundtrip, and is home weekly. The position is for a dedicated account serving a large retail customer with consistent, predictable freight and hometime.
- $1,500 Average Weekly Pay per driver
- Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.59 to $.70 cpm split pay depending on route and experience
- $30 Split Stop Pay
- $15 Unload Pay Per Stop
- CDL-A Required; Will Train

Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license.
- Not currently disqualified from driving a commercial motor vehicle under federal, state, or local regulations.
- No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years. No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years. No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
- No serious traffic violations in the past year. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
- Not convicted of transporting, possessing, or unlawful use of Schedule 1 drugs while on duty in the last 3 years.
Wage Range: 0.59 – 0.70 per mile
