Regional Van Truckload truck driver. Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight. Consistent freight allows maximum drive time and less downtime. Dispatched in advance for improved planning. 95% no‑touch, mostly drop‑and‑hook freight.
Key Expectations
- Drive within the Eastern 37 states.
- Drive every other week.

Pay and Benefits
Average pay: $1,020–$1,240 weekly.
Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty but not driving. Weekly performance pay. $6,000 sign‑on bonus (experienced) or $3,000 (inexperienced) paid over 12 monthly payments. Mileage incentive:
Potential $0.02 per mile increase based on weekly miles. Paid orientation. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
